whats wrong with my biceps?
since I started bodybuilding at the beginning of this year IVE gains incredible, but one thing Bug still seems to me, are my biceps. most people biceps are starting to hit as soon as you start to bend the elbows, mine starts to About the rise and inch or 2 above. my biceps are still huge, but it frustrates me to no end, i think its because i was so isolated, thats about it what I did. regular biceps curls, preacher or no concentration, I guess you could say my biceps are short. but when I look at it reaches flex its peak. Do I need to work on lengthening them? idk exactly whats wrong.
yea its cuz u probably did not much isolation. Here's what I try to do: make a V-bar or straight, and just go halfway up the chest and do 'x' amount of reps with them. Continue like this and eventually they will extend

Bodybuilding isolation movements vs. compound question?
They say that compound movements are the best for size and strength, but a current isolation are used for weak point training! You use more weight in the compound movements, but its spread over multiple muscles case where as a movement of isolation has less weight, but its concentration on specific muscle! My question is whether you have said wanted to build a large chest high and had to choose between isolation or compound movements Would you be better off using dumbbell flies and Peck deck or dumbbell and Barbell bench press and why? Thank you in advance!
