The subject of weight lifting for women is taboo. Most women do not want to because they think it is for men to do. Granted, most of the work is performed by men is not to say that there are great qualities for women.
The appearance The most important weight lifting is the long-term effect of burning calories. This is one of those under the facts reported. One of the muscles most misunderstood in the human body is the calves and, unfortunately, many bodybuilders get wrong exercises calf.
Let me explain … How many times have you heard if you want big calves and highlighted … you must do high reps sets often increase the mass muscular calves?
What would you say if I told you that there is no evidence that repeated periods of high and high frequency Veal calves large amounts?
Or to rephrase … uh … no, it does not work like that.
To your attention did not I?
And then there is a whole nother set "of bodybuilders who completely ignore their calves in their programs of strength training. And an error in my opinion, because strengthening muscles calve means that you can perform at a higher level with the other leg workouts as cracks, squats and other exercises …
My point is that you should not treat your body like a black box. Especially your calves. Know what you do and to do that … you know your legs …
First, your calf muscle is really two muscles. The twin front and soleus below. Biopsies of the calf muscle reveals the story … these two muscles are higher in fiber slow twitch muscle that most of the muscle fixed throughout your body. And twitch muscle fibers fast, have great potential to get bigger.
So what does that mean? Well, to start … you're probably training your calf muscles in the wrong direction if you train them like you would with any other muscle sets for your body.
Whoa!
Thus, those long series – the high frequency of workouts are probably a calf very bad idea if you want big muscles of the calf. To add more muscle to your calves … you should focus on fast-twitch (FT) of the calves. Also, understand … the heel of the foot. Calves begin to fall, right?
So, our calf exercises should use this information and we overload our calves in this position …
And when I say "overload", I think we should increase the demand placed on our calve muscles for force to grow to match the load to rise …
Makes sense now?
Sure it does! And because I am looking Out for ya …
Another point I wanted to do when you exercise your calf … does not focus on the seated calf raises … why? Because this workout really focuses calf on the underlying muscle smaller – the soleus. Bodybuilders should focus on the calf muscle foreground – the twin
Let me make this clear … This workout calf is for bodybuilders who want to build size … not endurance. Otherwise … sets high REP is the way to go if you are a runner.
Calf exercises to stimulate growth:
Raising the single leg calf – Use a step or platform. Hold dumbbell in one hand and you can support yourself with your other hand. Drop your heel down as far as you can and then lift it. Do three sets of six to eight representatives of each leg and no rest between sets.
Leg press calf raises – Place the ball of your foot on the bottom of the platform leg press. Make a series of ten repetitions (determine weight you will do exactly that). Be fast and remove twenty percent of the weight and press as much as you can until failure. Again, be quick and remove ten percent weight remaining and taking up to fail.
Now you can relax for a minute or both.
Then make the configuration complete again!
Oh! Come on! What are you? A man or a mouse?
Calf raise – Continue to use the leg press for this year. Select the weight you can lift comfortably with both legs. Now … use one leg to reduce the weight to the starting position! Toggle between your legs and do six repetitions for each leg.
Then! Be fast and reduce the weight of ten percent and do six repetitions for each leg again.
And if you're a glutton for punishment … then by all means … taking early ten percent of the weight off and do six repetitions for each leg.
If you do not walk like a sailor with legs Wed Back to the locker room … you do not work hard enough and you're a wimp.

Silvio Samuel Saviour was born in 1975 in Brazil, but soon moved with his six sisters and one brother to Nigeria. As is the custom in Nigeria, he answers to any one of his three given names. Ivan Ganev, the coach of the Nigerian national weightlifting team, spotted him playing soccer when he was 14 and recognized the youth’s potential for powerlifting and invited him to join the team. Two months later he entered his first meet as a junior and won. Over the next few years he set powerlifting records for Nigeria and Africa that still haven’t been broken. Traveling with the National Team, he developed an appetite for new places and languages (he speaks eight fluently today). Silvio would later journey to Russia as a young man to study advanced training methods and to pursue study in aeronautical engineering. |
