I was a little skeptical when they told me that bodybuilding magazines were owned by manufacturers of supplements … So I searched.

Three major bodybuilding magazines are owned by the two major companies to supplement and sports nutrition .. Just the search in Google and see for yourself!

The shameless greed of these companies makes people waste their money and precious time on the additional work that they believe that n'améliorent not your body at all.

The easiest thing to do to build muscle and weight, although it may not look like it is to get expert advice from a personal trainer, bodybuilder, etc. If any of these people tell you to get supplements but ignored. They are wrong. Especially if it is a personal trainer telling you to buy supplement their gym, they will simply try to make an easy sale!

The easiest and cheapest way to gain muscle fast is to buy an electronic book with a good plan at the detailed internal and detailed instructions, step by step. Video and audio clips are the best details you can get, such as copying exercises on videos are the best way to control exercise.

time spent in the gym working out?

What is the best time to spend in the gym in a perspective of pure bodybuilding. I been underway since anywhere 2-3 hours 4-5 times per week, working mainly 2 major bodyparts. I heard some people something more than an hour is a waste of time, but honestly, my results were better than expected. I'm getting pretty huge. I bring snacks and eat during my workout to give me energy as a sandwich with peanut butter or peanut butter and crackers. I feel good. So can anyone tell me if this is a myth or reality there is to it. I see many bodybuilders other expenses equal amounts of time in the gym, so I'm kind of confusion

I think it depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you try to be a body builder, and you have time to spend 2-3 hours in the gym, then by all means, keep it! Especially since you see the results. As long as you can stick with it, then do it!
