All bodybuilders young rookie and early look at the Muscle and Fitness, Flex and Men's Health magazines and see all these big, tough guys muscular advertising bodybuilding supplements to reduce fat, make you stronger and make you BIGGER.
This is good and gives you great motivation, but young teenagers like me, not once think that supplements make you big. It's rare that we know that these professional bodybuilders do a hell of a lot of hard work in the gym and properly take a number of things they do not advertise.
You must understand that for Get Big and look good you need to do the harder you must pay your dues first! Then you will reap the rewards, so to speak.
What I am trying to say is if you are under 19 years and have not been serious about lifting weights before, but you are now, weight training first start for about 2 to 3 months before buying supplements.
People will say I'm crazy – is fair game – but hear me. If you do never lifted seriously before you make gains, you can make gains in size, fat loss and muscle in the first 2 to 3 months, even without supplements, and then you notice all your peers. After the first installment of 2 to 3 months you'll be off balance and struggling to put on the same gains for the first 3 months.
After paying your dues for the first 3 months, heavy lifting and safe to do all the exercises compound put on weight and lose fat needed, you should consider your basic supplements.
Although you can get some extras, buy 3-4 supplements not both. You should start with the supplement most commonly used protein powder. Buy some protein powder first and start use. Take It 2 to 3 times per day. This will help rebuild muscles and promote muscle growth, and assistance to meet your daily needs protein.
Then, after about 2 weeks to a month to get some creatine. Creatine is produced naturally in the body, although in quantities is minimal as creatine gives you more energy into your workouts and your muscles will grow. Creatine has been researched and showed the best results. The number of compliments he has received has won the world. It is the supplement most popular courses. Creatine has some drawbacks, but maximizes the water intake of creatine by the muscles, thus meaning you need to drink more water (1-2 liters per day (4-6 liters)). In addition, you must load with creatine. I found that you can load with creatine 2 ways: 1. the way to the back of (the pack directions) or 2. take 20 grams (week 1), 5 grams (week 2), 10 grams (week 3), then 5 grams (week 4). After the week after resting for a minimum of 1 week but not more than 2 weeks and then start over.
Also purchase a multivitamin. These provisions are essential for bodybuilders especially for adolescents. We are still growing and we need more to help us recover from the activity. Get an idea good multivitamin by forums. They were good.
These are the 3 main supplements for us teenagers to try to get their hands on. Remember, taking AIDS bodybuilding supplements, weight training does not help the intake of supplements. This means that the supplements do not grow muscles. The time and intensity in the gym only with adequate food at home or school.
