Increasingly leaving the gyms and seek alternative means to improve their health and fitness. It has to do with the economic situation, we are currently facing. People looking to reduce spending and save as much money as possible.
Well, the training body weight may be the answer you are looking for. Body weight exercises can be more difficult than you think. In fact, most weight exercises are ten times more difficult exercise of basic gymnastics. For example, if you can not make a particular free weights or exercise machines, you just lower weight.
With bodyweight exercises, if you can not do push ups or pull ups, you can not lower the weight – you need to become stronger. It is why people who go to the weight programs experience the incredible increase in strength and mass in a very short time.
But the real winner the formation of body weight is fat loss. When you organize a handful of body weight exercises in circuits or high-intensity intervals, you can lose fat very quickly. Not only that, but you can make bold with workouts that last no more than 30 minutes!
I personally believe that weight training should be a permanent feature in your program overall fitness. In fact, I honestly think that people should start to stay away to be representative of workouts bodybuilding. You can lift weights, but simply do not cut it you to say in the bodybuilding magazines.
Top 5 reasons you should Stop Doing Bodybuilding Workouts
Reason # 1: Too Many Isolation Movements – is well known, this compound movements that several train muscle groups at once is the key to fat loss and gain mass. So why is the average gym goer wasting his time with the movements of isolation without end?
Reason # 2: Too Much Cardio — Steady state cardio may help you burn more calories, but it also breaks down lean muscle mass. You need the mass muscle to keep your metabolism to flow so that you can lose fat and maintain a fast metabolism for years to come.
Reason # 3: Too Much Time Spent – I have friends bodybuilder who used to spend 2 to 3 hours a day at the gym working out. But then they got a job and now they are fat. Bodybuilding workouts are not practical for daily life. Instead, choose a program, the suits your busy lifestyle.
Reason # 4: too much money Wasted – joining a gym and unnecessary supplements are the two main costs of the gym. Unfortunately, the average spectator gymnasium did not need a fraction of all supplements a bodybuilder needs. Throw them and never buy again.
Reason # 5: Too Many Muscle Show – Well, bodybuilding is all about looking good. Health is not really the main goal weight, which explains why many bodybuilders are unhealthy inside. They have poor cardiovascular function and some died of kidney failure (too muchprotein).
In conclusion, I chose the formation of body weight as my main method to achieve fat loss and overall health. And I think that the formation of body weight may just help you achieve better health, fitness, and you do save a ton of money and time.
