Question power struggle?
I have 200 pounds and 6 ', my friend is 5'11''et 165 pounds. We're both 16 years practice in the same time (about eight months). Here are our stats: mine / his Bench press 222: £ 135 One leg squat: 20 / 0 hours in the gym (one week): 1 / 8 hours Built: slightly fat / lower body fat and great food: everything food, including alcohol / food healthy, protein shakes, weight gain, no alcohol at all of training: weight lifting and weight training exercises, strictly a part day (legs, chest, etc.) Coaches: none / professional (an award-winning) bodybuilders I wonder how can I be stronger pound for pound Whereas it seems stronger than me.
It would be interesting to examine your strengths starting from 8 months ago. This would answer the question you have more strength physical or only faster wins. The other issue is the type of training. Your friend who is under the direction of a bodybuilder and is learning to improve appearance. While builders are much stronger than the unskilled, their workouts are oriented aspect and are not the most effective for strength. Weight lifters and power lifters are much stronger than those that form with the bodybuilder programs (still low between sets, 10-12 reps per set, etc.) Some bodybuilders do not include strength training techniques (3 minutes rest between sets of 1-5 reps) to become more strong.

Fat loss pills? Gain lean muscle mass?

Well, you're too young to take pills loss fat. When you turn 18, you can start taking a thermogenic fat burner (Ripped Fuel or Hydroxycut Hardcore two work well). A dose before training and did not exceed the daily amount. In addition, with fuel torn sure to eat something (even a snack light) after taking it.
