If you are in your sagging middle-aged and have decided to put your body in the best shape of your life, bodybuilding is an excellent way to do so. I was in and out of various sport of Tai Kwon Do for football, cycling to the gym.

- 5. squats 25 reps 3 sets
You should be able to pass through the entire session without penalty. If you have any old injuries or weakness, stop if there is excessive pain. You do well if you pass the tests. However, you will need to put your body in shape for lifting the kind of weight that will challenge your pituitary gland to secrete growth hormones and your muscle cells to grow more and more strong to cope with stress gradually your workouts.
Now, take your body measurements to begin your transformation plan body. Have someone measure your biceps, chest, waist (at navel) hips, thighs and calves. You're ready to climb the ladder to determine your starting weight. Once you've registered, get your body fat tested. Save all your vital information, because you will need to determine what your goals are based on these measures.
If you more than 12 percent body fat, you need to trim. If you are below 10 percent and body fat below your weight standard body for your size, you'll need to bulk up.
This is your first step to enter the club. The next step is to strengthen through training bodyweight for at least six weeks. Then the compound weight training to improve strength and mass. It is important to strengthening exercises with body weight for a safe transition to weight training. The stronger you are when you pump iron, your muscles will be more.
