Im 15 i weigh 115 pounds and Im about 5.2 with 13% body fat ok I would first go to about 130 during summer taking protein shakes and development will spoil me if I take as a supplement to fat loss, go to the sauna, operate on treadmails to lose that extra body fat. secondly i need a totakl two months I workout body go to gym 5 days a week, i have all the time in the world im talking 2 hours + if I need a program that's going to buff up to around 130 and then your get up and I want to reduce my body fat to about 8% for a six pack and soccer
