Can you make money competitive bodybuilding?
Or are contest winners boosters just me. I mean there are a lot of money in it. And if you do not take steroids the money is there, even in that there a "league" of non bodybuilders steroids? I was just wondering because I am in good shape and have two years left in the army and would train my ass off so when I go out I can go to college and competition for money. Whether I'm going to be a deck to pass the time. I MGIBill already so it's not like I need money crazy just something fun to pass the time during 3-4 years.
You probably will not have much money. Bodybuilders on steroids not compete in what is called a "competition tested" or show. which means that testing for steroids. Otherwise, it is understood, but unspoken that you are allowed to take steroids. There are many novice divisions where you can participate as a candidate the first time. These can be fun. But if you do not go pro, which is not often the case, you will not do much, if any money. But it can not be too difficult to get sponsored by a nutrition company and get all kinds of free products in exchange for visa and pass samples of their wares.
