I take creatine monohydrate, to put some weight on the water that is a side effect of creatine.?
Creatine is monoyhdrate affordable for me, but some of the top and newer ones – which I was informed that they are working much better – not in my budjet. I received advice on how to make a BodyBuilding.com creatine monohydrate work is to mix with a teaspoon of dextrose dextrose.Bought and started using this combo and even add a little apple juice.I have not seen the results I expected. According literature argues that creatine monohydrate works about 80% of the population and 20% it does not work not, but by mixing it with dextrose should contribute to the 20%. anyone has any ideas on how to make creatine monohydrate work for me Help me and put the weight of water that creatine does do? Also, my body does not react well to sugar and carbohydrates and I'm gaining weight. Cannot afford one of these powders cause weight gain and some r expesive too full of sugar. Anyone have any little tricks to put on the weight of quality. Thank you
Have you tried a loading phase? Do you add sufficient dextrose composition? Are you drinking enough water? (You must drink more water when on a cycle of creatine). Creatine will help you better pumps and allow you to run a few more reps to your workout (I suppose you raise). But after that, your muscles need plenty of protein and carbohydrates to heal and strengthen (where you become from longer). Creatine itself will not help you to weight gain (except for the weight of the water, you lose when you get off creatine), unless you take enough protein and carbohydrates to recover after your workout (I'm assuming you're lifting). Regarding the known side effects …. acne breakouts, diahrrea possible (If this happens, it is normally during loading – Basically is the excess creatine is flush your system, it tells you to reduce the dose a little) and cramps possible if you do not hydrate enough.
