Bodybuilding for an ectomorph?
Well, I started a fitness program, I met about 15 weeks, its 3 days a week for about one hour of work hole until my body fails, however i have not seen much change at all I've done some research and I think its because Im a type of bodywork ectomorphic How do I train like an ectomorph to build muscle? Should I take supplements or eat a lot? And if I eat a lot whats to stop the food i eat just turning into fat small gains in muscle mass? Cheers
