Here are some recipes for awesome protein shakes and smoothies that are tasty, healthy and nutritious. Never forget that a plan for proper nutrition is the key your bodybuilding workouts and fitness.

Orange Julius Protein Shake

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 / 2 cup milk
  • 1 / 4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla whey powder
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes

Optional: Add the egg yolk for an additional protein and wealth

Directions: Mix all the ingredients before adding the ice. Serve immediately.

Banana Peanut Butter N 'Honey (high calorie)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 / 2 cup white grape juice
  • 1 / 2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 type of protein Scoop whey tropical
  • 5 ice cubes

  • 1 / 2 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 4-6 ripe – Fresh
  • 1 / 2 cup yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • The whey protein vanilla
  • 1 / 2 cup ice

Directions: Mix yogurt with blackberries and raspberries. Before adding ice, push the sieve (strainer) to remove the mixture of blackberry and raspberry seeds. Put in blender, add protein, banana and ice and mix.

Strawberry Soy or Rice Milk Shake

  • 6 to 8 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup soy milk or rice milk
  • 1 / 2 cup of strawberry yogurt or soy ice cream (any flavor you want)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Soy protein (or whey)

Directions: Add one type of milk you are using, and mix with the protein. Add the yogurt and berries and mix. Add the cubes of ice and foam.

Orchard Fruit Smoothie

  • 8 Fresh cherries, pitted
  • 5 slices of nectarines or peaches (toll free / juice)
  • 1 / 2 banana
  • 1 cup milk (skim and 2 per cent)
  • 1 vanilla whey scoop or unscented whey proteins plain

Directions: Blend cherries fresh nectarine with milk, add the banana, whey and finish with strawberries to shake cold.

Banana Chocolate

  • 1 to 1.5 frozen bananas and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup or favorite melted semi-sweet pieces
  • 1 / 2 cup vanilla yogurt or 1 tablespoon cream bean ice (if not on diet)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein vanilla

Directions: Combine chocolate with milk until blended, add ice cream, whey and mix. Add banana chunks and blend until they make a feast frothy frozen.

Dieter Fruity Whey Protein Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana cut into chucks
  • 1 or 2 scoops of whey protein (by brand)
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1 / 4 cup blueberries
  • 1 / 2 skim milk
  • 1 / 2 cup ice
  • 1 / 2 cup yogurt

Directions: Mix the banana with the milk, ice, protein and yogurt until a melting texture is being formed. Add strawberries and blueberries and blend until consistency of a slurry. Combining the last fruit stand suspended in the ice and cold.

Trail Mix Smoothie

  • 1 / 4 cup almonds
  • 1 / 2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup of banana cores
  • 1 or 2 scoops of whey protein (by brand)
  • 1 / 2 cup milk + 1 / 2 cup plain yogurt or peach
  • 1 / 2 cup ice cubes

Directions: Mix almonds in a food processor or chopper until the dust or chips. Add raisins and mix until very well chopped. Then add the banana, whey protein, milk and ice cubes until smooth texture is formed. Make sure the Almonds and raisins are well mixed.

Boost Smoothie Cafe

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1 tsp Tea sugar, honey or chocolate syrup (to flavor to taste yoru)
  • 1 cup of the banana into pieces
  • 1 / 2 cup whole milk

Starbucks Coffee Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 bottle of drink Starbucks Coffee
  • 1 cup of banana chunks
  • 1 / 2 cup vanilla or coffee ice cream + 1 tablespoon buttermilk (or yogurt and use whey if the plan)
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions: Mix coffee with whey protein, then add cream ice and bananas until well blended. 1 cup of milk may also be added with ice cubes for texture fondue. Because bottled drinks Starbucks Coffee are sweet, Do not add more.
