Since I started bodybuilding, I felt very swollen to the point where I can not even not work. I think the cause of my bloating is protein consumption. I can not give up if the protein, becuz I need it to grow (Muscle). And also (at leat I think so …) becuz of excess proetin, Somtimes I am constipated and I sumtimes diarehha. I think my system tract is affected by geeting that protein.
