Silvio Samuel Bodybuilding Battle For The Gold $21.91 Rated: NRSynopsis: Join bodybuilding superstar Silvio Samuel in his trip to the Middle East, training in one of the most popular gyms with the most popular Bahrain bodybuilders Tariq Alfarsani and Sasha Pasquet. Silvio is one of the most feared competitors in the sport of powerlifting today and this film of his journey to Bahrain showcases his dedication and intensity towards achieving his goals. Silvio Samuel Saviour was born in 1975 in Brazil, but soon moved with his six sisters and one brother to Nigeria. As is the custom in Nigeria, he answers to any one of his three given names. Ivan Ganev, the coach of the Nigerian national weightlifting team, spotted him playing soccer when he was 14 and recognized the youth’s potential for powerlifting and invited him to join the team. Two months later he entered his first meet as a junior and won. Over the next few years he set powerlifting records for Nigeria and Africa that still haven’t been broken. Traveling with the National Team, he developed an appetite for new places and languages (he speaks eight fluently today). Silvio would later journey to Russia as a young man to study advanced training methods and to pursue study in aeronautical engineering. |

You can enter any gym in the world and find at least a fraction, if not most, of its residents training in the wrong meaning. Indeed, training in the wrong direction for extended periods of time can eventually disable you continue to practice. It is disheartening many still continue to train properly then there is so much information on the subject. You train yourself in the wrong direction too? Discover what is the wrong way, and even what is the correct way.
How do bench and not how much do you bench
Most people understand that form is important when you perform an exercise, but what form is the correct form? A perfect example is the bench "and curl" guy at your gym. Everyone has at least one person who only comes to the gym bench and curl. Disregarding the fact that it is a planned economy drive horrible, this one probably breaks every rule in the book when it comes to the proper form of this specific exercise.
People often sacrificed for weight. When they find themselves only able to use five kilograms with a perfect shape, they say "I do not look like a wimp" and they pick up a dumbbell thirty pounds sterling. Not only does this limit your overall gains, but you look even worse if you do not lift properly if you use a lightweight. Do not ever sacrifice form for weight or you are yourself digging a hole the size of the Pacific Ocean.
Of course, it is not as "perfect" that can be applied when performing each exercise. In fact, every year has a different position starting, monitoring, and stopping position. You need to research new exercises that you perform to ensure that you follow the correct movements. Although it is impossible to apply every year, there are some general questions you should ask every year to verify if you could be drawing the wrong way:
I am swinging back and forth too?
Am I feeling contraction (burn) in my targeted muscle group (s)?
Does any part of my body hurt who should not?
Is my back straight?
Do not hold your breath (literally)
No, I do not speak of "do not hold your breath. Hold your breath during exercise can actually be fatal. When the brain does not receive the oxygen it needs, it will not react well. This requirement for oxygen is increased during exercise because your body is working extremely hard to keep you going. However, there are a surprising number people who continue to hold their breath while doing intense exercise. It seems that people are particularly inclined to do bench while, or try to remove the last rehearsal in any year. Do not make this fatal mistake.
An extended stay
For some reason people insist on working for hours and hours, then they could generate better results by working out less than an hour. Many studies have shown that the development of approximately 45 minutes, or at least less than an hour is more beneficial than working beyond that date. The reason for the night at the gym will probably go back to the 70s and before, when serious bodybuilders and weight lifters would train for 4 hours or until per day. Sometimes twice a day. Since then, there has been a breakthrough in exercise science and there is now convincing information that shows work for less time is equivalent to saving more. If it took four to eight hours a day to develop an impressive physique, everyone would quit their jobs. Try and pace of your workout to last less than an hour.
Mind Over Madness
Before you enter the room gym and load Up 450 lbs on the bar, whether or not you can with proper form. The chances are that you can not, therefore, reduce the weight and done correctly. Working the wrong way will only affect your abilities in the future. Try to incorporate techniques presented in this article, and you'll find yourself happier with the results you receive.
