18 Male Athletic built, 5'4 ", 40-35-41, 187 lbs and won again – I obese?
At age 10 years old, I weighed 100 lbs. When my parents divorced and I moved to live with my father, I started going to the gym and have built muscle mass since, as in weightlifting, cardio and swimming. I now have a female body builder strange figure of muscles covered in fat. Last year, I weighed 160 lbs. Now at 18, I weigh 187 pounds and I always win. My father told me that genetically all parents are the same size, while the club my dad's friends tell me that I certainly do not look my weight (and I do not – I have a flat stomach, waist, firm buttocks, toned back and arms, etc.), but they suggested changing my diet (Dad and I eat 3 huge meals every day, I guess it's because we are in Russian) was a "no-carb" one (I am a sweet tooth and love Gummies for a moment I was also a junk-food diet). I started last week and I'll see results already! But I want to know your opinion – am I obese? If I am, please give me advice on how I should lose weight!
On the bright side, since you already bodybuilding slightly restrict your calorie intake and continuing to train the net weight that you still have some results fairly quickly .. I do not no carb diet I prefer a more balanced diet with calories nearly as high .. If you've been weight training for year, you're probably not obese based on body fat levels .. Is there anyway you can get it checked? Most gyms have that ideal .. available for the average woman is between 21-24% .. drastically reducing your calories you will lose lean muscle mass, but I think you need a slight reduction back .. Keep a diary of what you eat and if you win, lose or maintain .. This should give you few clues as to how you need to cut .. If you stay the same weight around 2500 calories, then try to reduce to 2300 and see what happens .. If you start to lose a pound or two a week, then it is .. About right If you love food, watch what you eat and try understand how you can make healthier .. Do you use lots of butter? Then try to cut oil you use in half and place in oil oil in some recipes .. The nice thing with weight training is that small changes can really make a big difference .. If what you eat already allows you to meet all your nutritional needs, then stick with it, but just cut down the portion size a bit .. Arthritis, body fat, lethargy, and body odor disappeared after I joined
strictly to the Diet Bodybuilding organics in the months before my competitions.
I felt incredibly healthy, energetic and could not sleep for more than six hours
night. I woke up every day feeling very relaxed and refreshed. A small cyst I
had on my chest disappeared. My skin became incredibly clear, smooth and
healthy.
The biggest change I made to my diet was to ban the beef trade to obtain
torn. After the contest I ate lots of beef and non-commercial organic
other processed foods and my arthritis and body odor returned. More than ever I
'm a believer that organic, wild and in grazing, outdoor, grass-fed, natural
animals are the way to go.
Eat lots after competition is difficult to avoid. I put on 12 lbs. in 2 days
after my last competition. It's perfect for me because my goal this summer is
trying to regain weight and strength, I lost my contest diet.
During your trip on a weekend last year I decided to indulge in breads, cakes,
biscuits and cheese that I'm not used to eating. I did not bring enough tuna
cans, apples, etc. for the weekend. The meals at the retreat were good and
at least breads and desserts are homemade. I wanted keep my calories
So I thought a weekend of flour and sugar would not hurt me.
I felt terrible and lethargic after ate many of these desserts and bakery
goods. On Sunday morning, I did not get out of bed and my skin started
burst. I cut the garbage and ate apples, tuna and drank a gallon of
water. I immediately felt better. I discovered that sacrificing my health for
weight gain is more acceptable to me.
