weight real question .. please help?
I am a 21 year-old female who is currently 158 pounds and I'm 5'2. I am looking to reach 120 by July 1st .. (Going back Home!) Its about 2 pounds a week I have to lose until then .. (I am 38% body fat = [) here's what I do … EAT 1200 calories per day. (No fatty foods or high-cal) I'm vegetarian, I work for an hour and half of Tuesday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday I worked for 2 hours and a half, my goal is achievable if I stick to what I started? I done this for a week and I feel I can take it! should I take a supplement (I will not take acai berry, hoodia, diet pills) but perhaps a fat burner or something GNC or bodybuilding.com?! please help! thank you!
