Is weight affecting the performance of martial arts? (Preferably MMArtists or Muay Thai)?
I am in Muay Thai at the moment and I am only bodybuilding (conditioning) exercises when I'm in the academy of Muay Thai, and each time I pull-ups in my room on the bar to pull up. Sometimes the speed of my strokes are unpredictable. By working to affect the performance of Muay Thai or Mixed Martial Arts? I ask this question because the stereotype, people are strong and muscular hit. But when I watch UFC or Pride / Strikeforce many fighters are not too muscular. The Being muscle affecting the rate of attacks? Develops a bad idea for a Muay Thai fighter when it comes down to speed, flexibility and agility?
It is not a bad idea. You just need to do research on proper weight lifting exercise programs /. After all, there is a difference between bodybuilding and power lifting, and how we take advantage of these two styles of lifting. Make the training force may (and, if done properly) add both speed and power to your capabilities. Keep in mind however, that without good technique all that muscle becomes without value. If you do not know how to use or relax that muscle while striking when your muscles get in the way each other and be a monkey wrench in your striking.

Just for fun and laughter, do you think I muslce too much, too little, or "fair"?
Now, before I post my picture, I want you know I do not really care what you think, but the guy im still curious. Im training to be at least 220 pounds of solid muscle (im 165 pounds now) and I know that girls like guys who are athletic build, and DONT like more muscle too. Im just curious to know what level I'm at now. I personally dont think im great at all but ive had people tell me lol im Roidinger. Again I want to be disrespectful and say i dont care its just that the views of girls wont stop me get huge. I just know what people think: P all i got now is a flexed arm pic lol.
