I try to add large amounts of oatmeal and eggs to my diet for bodybuilding. Anyone have a low sugar easy idea for combining these two ingredients into squares or bars? Milk and peanut butter are also on the list.

Search the database for a weight watchers oatmeal cookie – I used to have a recipe for oatmeal cookies that they had been fairly low in sugar and fat. He used the applesauce for some of the fat, and it would be a perfect fit in your diet. They have a website and tons of receipts, I have a recipe for friend who is now deceased, and I have no idea where my copy of the recipe is … but you should be able to find with a search fast. Good luck!
