What is the best tempo to get big muscles? 10×0, 2010 or 4010?
I saw some articles on t-nation.com and other sites in which they declare that a single tempo for "lift as fast as you can, less under control, and use perfect form, which resembles a tempo 10×0 or 1010 (no break up or down, one second for one second or lower and a bit less lift, so that the X means to explode and try to move fast bar) is sufficient to build muscle mass as well as German Volume training can do for everyone. Some say that the eccentric should be 2 seconds, no more, and some say that the basic rule of fitness is decreasing in 4 seconds or more, or add up to 4 second time under tension between the depression and the break in the bottom, or just one phase of descent, to promote hypertrophy. What is the best tempo become fat?
