My skin is cracking my muscles swell with bodybuilding! Plz help.?
I work for a while and as I said when a muscle develop my stretches the skin and cracks red appear.i asked my mother and she told me that I have these speakers when I on my belly and after a while, the redness becomes white. (But they are ugly) What should I do to prevent this or is this normal?
Yeah, They are striae. Try using a little oil or something with organic shea butter in it. (Shea is amazing for stretch marks) Also use lotion or body cream daily. You should't get more after that (:
