bodybuilding clean jerk

Bodybuilding and MMA Question?
Am a Middle weight (200 pounds, 185 weight class). Am starting to make an Olympic style worked. Cleans Jerks, the snatch, a lot of squats and a lot of exercise explosives. My question is, is it a good ideal to build muscle mass in legs and back. I want my Islocate Quads, hams, hips, Gluts, lats, ect.
There is nothing wrong with putting on weight in these areas, be sure stretching to prevent injuries especially prior to weightlifting.

Fitness Boot?
I've been very sedentary (inactive) for about 5 years, which led me to be very unfit and gain a little fat. I can not run very far or fast without being stunned, breathless. I can walk long distances so fine. but when I exhert I can not handle. i do 30 minutes of stationary bike daily for 2-3 weeks. Food and eating clean. The issue is that I want to start to gain muscle mass with weight lifting and proper nutrition routine but I do not know what to do to make my health a bit normal if my body can receive punishment. How can I access a normal level of fitness, what should I do? so I can start lifting weights.
You can start immediately bodybuilding. Start with an exercise that is at the base, such as lying, but start with the bar for the first series.
