"Cutting is a plan." if you eat the right foods at right time you will not lose an ounce of muscle. bodybuilders lose fat a little time to avoid muscle loss. you must reduce your calories gradually. all 2 weeks, you could reduce your daily caloric intake of 300 or more. you need to increase your protein too. How long to lose body fat? As at 2-3%?

Ok Ive been bodybuilding for 9 years now .. Im 24, 6'0 and 92 kg with 14% body fat … I've always supplemented with protein three times a day and some creatine here and there but nothing really with the regime. Try to eat lean preotein high … But im wanting to know how I can get my body right% of fat per .. Can I do this in a few days or a few cardio a couple times a week as the coup .. Or that burn a little fat and possibly muscle .. Or should I exercise all that things like how many calories im already taken then reduce it by 500 or something ????? Do take care of itself or should I do cardio with it also … And one more thing, would I lose a lot of cutting force??? As will I still be able to bench the same? Suffice it to say 130 kg 6 .. time?? Help would be greatly appreciated trained ..

Bodybuilding champion Ohio State, I've dieted in performances, and generally last only 2-3% would be difficult for the loss of fat! it's always easier to get that early lead off the last 2 or 3% appear to be stingy comin off! but hey, you know what you do, I see, and I would recommend that almost im absolutely sure that you have a good workout. you mentioned HIT etc., but what about aerobics classes to push for single pump know yourself. Doping in n shock metabolic overdrive fast n hard for four weeks, then down to the least intensive classes so you only 3% reduction, etc.? I get an extra 12% discount on my own that I was very inactive offseason because of back injury, etc, so Im going right into an aerobics class to hardcore gold or fitness urban, preferably class pump to isolate parts of the body with dumbbells and barbells are so awesome! I compare my body too is a truck used in the cold of winter, when the weather warms up, I want to leave my sports car and cleaning! So I raise the body by the intensity by pushing the entire roof! Can you really burn fat and build muscle at the same time?

The question of whether you can burn fat and increase muscle mass was simultaneously a debate now for quite a while.

So you can actually burn fat and increase muscle mass same time?

The answer is yes and no.

Yes, you can build muscle and fat in bread at the same time. The trick is that if you use an exercise routine and fat loss a fat loss diet, you will not be able to add much muscle.

This does not mean that the more muscle is not an extremely important aspect of trying to burn fat.

The more muscle you have, the more fat Your body will burn during exercise and for hours together. Most people think that having more muscle will do to get big and bulky, but it is not the case.

To illustrate this point about getting big and bulky while trying to burn fat and increase muscle mass, can take a look at bodybuilders. Bodybuilders are known because they have huge muscles and a very small amount of body fat.

Then how bodybuilders to burn fat and increase muscle mass?

The answer is they do it in phases. In the exercise world This is called periodization.

When bodybuilders build muscle, their exercise routine and diet are very different then when they are in the process of fat loss. For several months, they will build muscle by dividing a routine part of the body and lifting heavy weights with representatives low.

Then, they completely change their diet and exercise program, then when changing to try to build muscle trying to lose fat.

So how does this apply to you? I want to see these bodybuilders build big muscles because they have a phase specific training to do so.

If you are a novice exerciser, you can not perform the same phase of the exercise to burn fat. Instead, you'll do an exercise routine that is more conducive to help you burn fats and build a small amount of muscle at the same time.

A great way to do is to try to do some strength training total body combined with cardio.

Total Training the strength of the body will create enough muscle to increase your metabolism and help burn fat. If you do the right type of cardio (training high-intensity intervals) under this program, you'll be on your way to success with fat burning and muscle building!

As you can expect, your diet plays an important role in the ability to burn fat and increase muscle mass. Try eating high quality protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats in small meals 4-6 times per day. This will help you burn fat and increase muscle mass, because it keeps your blood sugar regulated and help control your appetite.

So, in conclusion, I hope you understand more now trying to burn fat and build muscle. You can see that it is possible, but if you are on a fiscal year loss fat and diet program, you will not earn large amounts of muscle, as (eg) a bodybuilder.
