We know that to build muscle, you must train regularly and eat good food. It is that simple. However, most of us do things wrong, or not eating the right foods for muscle growth. You must find a balance between the two. This article will share with you the top 8 foods you eat when you train your muscles.

1. Lean meat chicken (white meat). Go to the part of the breast. Chicken meat is rich in protein, which is needed to repair damaged muscles after a workout. Cook chicken stew to preserve its goodness. Throw in some vegetables and you have a great dish.

2. Fishing for salmon (white meat). This is an excellent source protein. In addition to boosting your metabolism, protein is the absolute best food to help fill you up, if you take in fewer calories and burn more. Salmon is also rich in omega-3. Research has shown that omega-3 fats help fight inflammation, regulates the rate insulin and may even reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

3. The egg white. Eggs contain all the essential amino acids are necessary for rapid recovery of muscle workouts building. To fully utilize the benefits of egg whites, you must cook them correctly to unlock its full spectrum of amino acids. If you try to take it raw, you put yourself at risk of contacting the Salmonella. Overcooking will denature proteins and render them "useless". As a general guide, keep the cooking temperature below 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius).

British scientists have also found that drinking 2-3 glasses of milk a day reduces the chances of both heart attack (22% reduction) and stroke.

6. Lean beef (red meat). Red meats are good food club as they are clogged with protein and minerals such as iron and zinc. However, remember that red meat contains a high level of fat saturated. Consume with moderation.
