bodybuilding skipping

Can anyone give me a bodybuilding diet?
Now I'm not really a diet its just im 16 and I want to add some muscle torn, but not as the muscle-type buff. I have an idea of what to eat, but im at school so I really can eat every two hours. When I eat breakfast, I ususally eat a piece of bread or cereal and I take a mega multivitamin that I had to CNG. I used to drink every day of whey protein, but after a while, I sorta just stopped, but I could begin to do this again. . I also need an idea of what should I pack for lunch or should I eat more because of the time I jump as having lunch I know it's wrong, but I do not know what to eat. Sometimes I make my meals, but mostly it's a PB & J sandwich or cheese and turkey sandwich.Then Finally, when I go home I have a fair bit to find some in the kitchen and just eat, but im trying to stop that and just eat something healthy. I do exercise and stuff, but im just focusing on eating right. Can anyone guide me to eat please? Thx
Do not listen to this guy Rick that advertising and all that he says did not help at all lol. I'm 17 bro and I took a lot of weight and fitness classes, health and well-being, exercise science classes so I know my stuff. I am 5'11 weighing around 160. I try to eat a lot of protein and get my food / water intake daily. I drink about a gallon of water or more each day. I gained about 8 pounds of muscle in 2 months. I have my own small gym in the basement. I am not surprisingly breakfast because I do not have time. But it is the main meal important of the day but supposely well with me. I try to eat a big lunch. I'm a senior so I'm off campus and eat good healthy meals. Today I ate at Chipotle is really good protein and good health. I eat too much because they Wendys burgers cooked their first as McDonalds and Burger King do not. I'm not on a diet but I eat healthier. Natural foods if you want to say. I carry raw almonds because it has a lot of protein / fiber in it. Which is probably good for you in the morning to take over the school? Eat lunch, it is important and dinner. I do not know if your overweight or underweight, however, and what year you are in. It really depends. I do not take any vitamins / shakes protein / creatine / steroids. Just food / water / Training:] trust me it is better to use pills / shakes They do not even not FDA approved. I learned in exercise science that they have illegal things in the pills if you get more addicted to them and buy more. They are unhealthy in some boosters causing health problems. Creatine makes liver problems and dehydrates your organs, because it takes all the water and put it in your muscles to create a faster muscle repair. I used to make shakes, but they do not differ when I do not. And it's not yet proven to help a great deal at all. It is hardly something or nothing. If your weighing about 130 pounds 140 / 5''7-6''0 then I start eating a crap load, if I were you. Because your too skinny for you the size. If you 5''7-6''0 are and weigh from 140 to 160, then start eating like me and drive. Lots of meat, cereals, water. Good Luck Bro.

bodybuilding cutting routine
Is it better to alternate between cardio and weight training for days, weeks or months?
I want to do both if I can have a routine nice well-rounded training but I'm not sure how I should it work? I was basically going back and forth each week. 1 weeks of strength training and cardio for 1 week and try again. Is that good or do I switch a day, a day of cardio, weight of the next, and so on. Or there is also the school thinking (muscle) which states that it is best to divide it into several phases, you want to put on the first muscle (consolidation phase), then cut the fat (phase cutting) and so you end up alternating weeks. What do you suggest? Ack! I am an ectomorph I have to do at least as many training days as a force day of cardio or I'll never win any muscle!
You really should do a day. Make every single day weight is bad for your muscles, they need a break, because the way the muscles of construction is the reason why it is bad because the muscle is tearing and then rebuild, but more strong. Not as two / three days of cardio and strength training a day, or even days of cardio.
