This means that you must eat three meals and three small meals a day. Eat according to this schedule will help you in your meetings training and spend your day as normal.

The larger meals consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Three small meals consisting of protein bars, protein drinks and fruit. These small meals help maintain sugar levels in the blood and does not leave the level decline. It is strongly advised to take all of these meals.

The three main meals should consist of higher levels of carbohydrates carbon complexes, low levels of protein and healthy fats less likely. It is a well balanced diet to spend a day in healthy.

To increase your muscle mass, it should speed up your caloric intake at a meal, even during your entire day. Make sure you use the above specified levels of macronutrients and stimulate the intake of calories from 300 to 500 hundred calories in the first week. If the process is not effective, then increase your calories by 200 or 300. This process should continue until you stop gaining weight.

The plan to increase your lean muscle mass should be very balanced with proper weight lifting routines and cardiovascular routine. Weightlifting will increase your muscle growth and cardio routine will keep the body fat percentage. It will be very difficult to succeed if you do not follow these steps.
