Start weight training. (From lean muscle)?

Well, I'm 15, turning 16 October, and I currently weight 147 to 150 pounds with a height of 6.2. (186 cm), I am a little tired of taking off a shirt in front of people and I want to start building the body. I done in the past, but could not continue because it was not my thing, I give up. But now I really want to dig in and start tearing these trucks.
