Learn What Has Been Holding Your Muscle Growth Back
And Find Out Exactly HOW You Can Finally Explode Your Muscle Mass!
So you've finally decided to lose those extra pounds and uncover those hidden abs long?
Here's what will happen:
You go on a diet, start working on and everything will be great. For the first two weeks, the books fall and progress will be quick and painless.
But then, things will grind to a halt. Your metabolism will slow the pace of snails A. The scale will be blocked.
You will be asked to redouble your efforts. Cut calories. Add more cardio. And it seems to work. The scale is headed south again.
But one day you you look in the mirror and you notice that your muscle is (GASP) party! The fat is still there, but the muscle is endangered.
So you immediately begin to eat more, hoping to save hard-earned muscle. But because you lose muscle, your metabolism has dropped. And all those extra calories end up as fat.
Your best intentions fired back. You tried to lose some fat, and now you finish even bigger with less muscle.
Is not life cruel?
But do not worry. For now I'll show you how to remove fat without sacrificing your hard earned muscle. (In fact, if you follow these rules you should really get stronger even if you lose weight.)
Without further ado, here are my five rules to strip body fat while preserving muscle mass.
Rule # 1: Do not Drop to Zero carbohydrates.
People often make the mistake of avoiding all carbohydrates. This may cause some loss of Rapid weight (mostly water weight) but a lack of carbohydrates can also slow your metabolism.
So do not completely carbohydrates. Instead,
Rule # 2: Focus on "Nature-Made" carbohydrates.
When you try to burn the fat body, Avoid the "man-made" carbs like breads, biscuits and white bread products.
Instead, focus on the "nature made" carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables, potatoes and whole grain products.
These articles naturally contain more fiber which will help you feel full. The fibers also help to mitigate the peak insulin and fat storage effects that occur when "consumed by man" hydrates carbon.
Règle # 3: Garde élevé en protéines.
The protein is "muscle Savings" which means that your body will use any available protein for cellular repair before breaking the muscle tissue.
I found that by consuming 1.0-1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day, you can actually build a new force while draining the fat body.
Rule No. 4: Do not Avoid Dietary Fat!
It sounds weird, but you want to burn fat you have to eat (a little) fat.
I recommend you try and focus on good fats like fish oil, olive oil extra virgin or fats found naturally in nuts, like almonds.
Rule # 5: Using free weights to develop your muscles and strength, not to burn fat.
One of the biggest myths about fat burning is that you should lift weights lightweight high reps. But this is false.
If you take the opposite approach and continue to heavy loads and try to become stronger in each training session, it sends a clear message to your body that your muscles are always "in service" and must not be sacrificed.
Follow these five simple rules and you can burn your excess body fat without sacrificing your hard earned muscle.
