This is the area most important to concentrate. If you spend time, spend the majority of it here. Diet determines everything. If the training is the same, the diet will determine if you put on muscle or shedding fat. And when I say diet, I defined as "the food we eat."
Eat every 2-3hrs: Muscles need to be repaired regularly 24 hours a day. There is no escaping that. You can not hollow, or skip meals because it is a point where your muscles will not be repaired and you will not grow muscle. Protein remains in the system of about 2 to 4 hours. After that, your body is almost dry amino acids needed to build muscle tissue. Eat protein (with meals) every 2-3hrs and you maximize your muscle growth.
The small Breakfast is important: Never, never skip breakfast. After a long sleep, your muscles are crying for food. Get your eggs and eat them all morning. Do not jump ever!
Carbohydrates + Fat = Bad: Stay away from this combination of foods. High carbohydrate and fat are nos. These include things like French fries from McDonald's or a dessert sweet and sugary.
Fats food is good: In the media, it seems to be a lot of misinformation. Dietary fat is completely unrelated to the fat on your body. Fats food, which includes mono-and polyunsaturated fats are essential to the body. Most of these will increase your metabolism allowing you to burn more calories.
High Fat Protein Before Bed: Well, if you're not aware, dietary fat is a slow process body. It takes time to digest. When you go to bed, you'll probably sleep 8am, if you need protein to last all night. Matter fat and high protein mix will allow your digestion to slow enough to keep your muscles fed all night.
Carbohydrates = Unused Materials Fat: Carbohydrates are your energy food. If you do not use this energy is stored as fat. So if you plan to go sleeping, carbohydrates are not good to eat. However, carbohydrates are good to eat before and after your workout. In addition, they are great in the morning to start your day.
With these tips, you'll be more armed with planning your diet. This will allow you to accelerate your weight.

Polls: How many guys are here in Asian bodybuilding and weightlifting?
Well, I'm in shape and quite the body tonic .. lol: D:) but I do not want to be a bodybuilder muscualr scary macho …. this would be a bit too bright for me .. (No offense to all you Bodybuilders there). Well, I go to the gym 5 times a week. I work on abs and legs. I do 40 reps 3 times a week with weights. I try to do 50 sit-ups every day. I do 20 push-ups twice a week. I do a morning and evening, jogging every day. (Even in the winter unless there's a blizzard: D:) Then, to balance other days I do not work, I eat just a balanced and proportionate right meal. I'm just trying to prove that even the stereotype that we as follows Asian guys is that we are not tacky looking .. I am not in any way and I want to get there for that person never treat us different.
