Can we cut any building?

I recently took an interest in amateur bodybuilding. I used to weigh 78kg and pushed to 84kg, I'm looking for more but do not seem to have an obvious meaning or training. This is because I really did not want to be massaged until a blob then having to cut, is it better to cut loose while you? East Can (not)? I want to put up loads of muscle to reduce my "fat" and looks much more solid. Is there also a reason that People do not seem to give you ab exercises to do when downloading a workout? My brother says that is because they are used in most exercises??? I am an amateur, so forgive my ignorance.

You can loss fat and build muscle in almost the same time under 2 conditions. Firstly, you are a beginner. Second, you have overtaken. If you're not at the time you should do one at a time. Make both you slow down and yield nothing. I tried to do both before. btw when you cut, keep your weight lifting. Do not reduce the weight more reps. You keep more muscle if you train as heavy cut.
