Question about supplements for bodybuilding?

Hello, I'm 14 and planning on starting a day routine Split-5 to lift weights. I consider myself an intermediate lifter, as I have been following a split routine 3 days, but you want to change to 5 divided by day. I heard about supplements such as whey protein and creatine, and I want to take them while doing the training program. Unfortunately, my mother does not approve it. I wondered if I should still gain weight large muscle and strength, although I can not take supplements. I am exercising all major muscle groups and is a routine bodybuilding style. What do you think?

If you have a varied and balanced diet, there is no reason why you should not have almost as if not muscle mass and strength that even with supplements. Creatine supplements do not help the hypertrophy (size muscle) objectives, and slightly help the recovery, but they are more useful for those who do not eat red meat and thus have lower levels creatine in the muscles to begin … As for the complete protein, so you can eat 0.8 grams of protein per 1 kg of body weight per day in your diet, then most of the protein / amino acids in supplements will simply be converted into carbohydrates / sugars or fats, or excreated in urine. Keep 6-9 i8t representatives, and not exercise sore muscles and there is no reason why you should not see the hypertrophy and strength gains in Using a balanced diet.

If you are a beginner or even an intermediate, hard work on compound movements working the whole body are all you need. Split routines, negatives and the like are for more Advanced trainers.

Years of isolation must not enter the same image until you have been over a period of several years. Big compound exercises to build mass throughout the body, which is what the beginner and intermediate lifter to do before deciding to work all angles of the biceps. Building a good-sized biceps first and then worry about them hitting from all angles different!

Do not forget to eat, rest and drink plenty of water. Water is your friend people. Do not think for one second that you're going to build a solid body the development and stuffing, then pizza and beer every chance of your throat you can. Do not go overboard, everyone needs to let go and have fun, but be sensitive to this issue.

Bodybuilding HIT Program: Beginners Routine

Squats 2 x 10-15

Bench Press or Dips 2 x 6-12

Reverse grip chins or pulldowns 2 x 6-12

Overhead Press 2 x 6-12

Notes: Work out two days a week and work to muscular failure momentary. Once you go past reps with good form to add more weight. Throw in an ab work if you want, but stay away from exercises isolation. Patience is the key. Unless you are a genetic phenomenon or on drugs, the gains are slow but steady. If your new this, stay on the program beginning this for six months to one year and then move to an interim program.

Understand that to succeed in any program of weight training – hard work is a must! Half-hearted effort does nothing for you. If you're new to weight training or grossly out of shape, consult a doctor first. End of warning.
