Magnification up cycle for a bodybuilder can be quite difficult. It is difficult to put on muscle without putting a lot of fat, so I thought to share some tips that can help you.

Tip 1: Create a diet journal. This journal is a powerful tool. You need very detailed with him and invest time in it. You should be able to break everything down into calories. Use this log to eat around the same amount of calories each day. At the end of the week you weigh. If you put on 5 pounds, you know you eat too much. Normally, you only need to put the 1-2lbs a week means that £ 5 you eat too much.

Tip 2: Plan your diet in advance. This lets you control power. Many times you're blowing you think you can eat a lot more that you practice regularly.
