can someone help me with the club?
I am 17 and I'm thin, I want to start building muscle all over my body. aspecially my upper body like the arms of my chest and back and shoulders all really lol, so anything can give me advice on how to gain muscle and how many days I should go to the jim week. also what foods should I eat and how many calories i should be taken daily that I am still growing as well!
I'd do sets of 10 repetitions, if I were you. Make sure you do not miss anything, do not just do the upper body. Squatting based form around your body too. You must ensure that you get proper nutrition. Drink plenty of water and make sure that you also hydrated.

I am 17 and I take creatine. Help?
I am currently 17 and I was recently introduced to weight training. I am 5'9 140 pounds and my excercise physiologist / brother has me lifting bodybuilding. It is very educated on building muscle, but I not much contact with him, and I have some questions about creatine monohydrate it took me. I know what it does, how it works, but not so much about side effects. Also, I take no more than 5 grams per day. I had a loading phase, but I feel like I screwed and does not enough. Can I repeat my loading phase and get it right? I know how to eat, how to build muscle, I just want to know about creatine.
You know that creatine is naturally ocurring in the body, right? Anyway, the most common side effects of taking creatine is bloating, cramping, gas, and perhaps Diarrhoeal some weight gain due to water retention. More serious side effects, and also more rare are increased anxiety, acne, male breast formation (gynecomastia), and a reduction in the size of the penis and loss of hair. You would normally take 20-30 grams of creatine during your loading phase, but not more than 5 grams in your maintenance phase. What do you say that You messed up the loading phase? JMHO but I would not repeat it. At your age you are with your dose ….
