What is the best way to lose weight, especially the chest area?
I was in the sport of bodybuilding and during one time I had really good body of research particularly in the area of the breast, chest muscles, where well-trained and exposed, but I left my exercises and my time sports program long ago when I started working and eventually I began to gain weight, but not a very high level, but because of old gym exercises chest looks more fat than other parts of my body when I buy such a suit if its right by the stomach area of the still small for the chest area, so there is a way to lose wait especially the chest area? PS: I thought to do more exercises that focus on the chest may help for a while but it will also get muscles of the chest even more and cause the worst problems in the future.
Part of your problem is that the skin on your chest will be adapted (extended) to cover your chest impressive.
