Hello people im 16 and 5 feet 10 and weighs 185 pounds and before you say im fat my bodyfat is 11% so do not even think to call me fat. I'm already extremely Maximuscle PROMAX (protien powder) but I want to start taking a supplement or vitamin tablets, but I do not know who are the best vitamins or a multivitamin is best Ive heard vitamin C and B are good, but I know I want to know who is the extra vitamins and better if I had when would be the right time to take for example the day I'm going to sleep or waking up etc.
