Mass Gainer Protein / Weight Shakes, a question?

Hi, I have a quick question winners Mass Many say take it in your meals enters after training. Can someone explain why you should take a weight gainer between meals. I personally think that it is a waste, which means you can eat food or even drink a cup of milk to keep the protein is in your system. Is it no more reasonable and beneficial if you take it in the morning? When you wake in the morning, and you drink a few winners mass, is not it better? Since nutrients your body wants winners and mass would be absorbed faster than solid foods. So basically his meal in the morning vs beween. If Im wrong, I want an explanation, why its better to take in between. Thank you Can someone who knows a lot of weight and winning bodybuilding answer this question, I would really appreciate it. I would recommend that you just slam a shake before bed. All your muscles will start their best recovery about an hour after you fall asleep. If you have this squeeze in your system during this time, then it becomes much easier. I would not drink a shake for breakfast. Use this meal for most of your vitamins and minerals (The best thing to absorb proteins and becoming!). And yes, the winners of mass should be used as meal replacements from your database three meals to win the final mass.
