Question of the exercise (weight training)?
I want to know a group of muscles that I thought of this exercise targets: Take a cable machine (Two on one side like there are two weight racks where you can attach a handle) and you attach the handles to attachments up / up. Then you take with each hand one of the handles so that your arms form a more or less right angles to the rest of your body, then pull down to the cables of your hips and repeat. I searched the sites but have different weights not found this practice anywhere. Do not most shoulders, or should focus on the trapeze? I forgot to add that you you hold the right, reluctant in any way. I tried to exercise bodybuilding.com 's database and found nothing. Also looked exrx.net and got nothing.

What is the leading cause of injury?
I used to do strength exercises for ages 3 +, but I stopped after my injured shoulder (I had a tear in the rotator cuff muscles), it was a very bad experience. I do not really know why I had this injury, I used to heat each time, and I used my weight to lift moderate I used to be the most famous exercises. But suddenly, I found my right shoulder very painful, I went to the doctor, he says it's the tear in the rotator cuff. He questioned why, I told him I do not know me.
