Many factors go into your choice of a bodybuilding diet, but by far the most important among them is the amount of food Your food will be provided. Your body building diet will provide the fuel for your workout, your recovery, muscle growth and you. If you do not get the right nutrients in appropriate amounts, your bodybuilding efforts will never achieve the body you want.

No a "one-fits-diet-went" for bodybuilders. But there are certain dietary rules of bodybuilding that apply to almost everyone. The first of it is that you get much better is that you eat small portions of nutritious time several times a day instead of limiting you to two or three major Chowdown. Why?

By eating frequently throughout the day you can feed your metabolic rate and burn more fat, even when you do not work. If you take more than three or four hours between meals, your body switches to a muscle ozone, the status of fat storage called a catabolic state.

What should you eat? The old tried and true formula, balanced meals. Carbohydrates, proteins and fats, in a 40/40/20 proportion, give your body building diet all the essential nutrients work together so that your body can maximize the amount of nutrition, He absorbs every meal.

You should eat complex carbohydrates like whole grains, vegetables and beans, except for the time you eat immediately after a workout when your body needs simple carbohydrates in fruits to replace the glycogen you've burned. Easy carbohydrate after your workout will help speed your recovery time. Complex carbohydrates are also great sources of fiber, another important element in a good body building diet and nutrition.

Consuming enough protein per day, divided on meals, the amount to between one and one and a half grams for each kilogram of your lean body mass. Ask your lean body mass calculated for you before you start your program weight, and have re-checked periodically as you add new muscle. White meat chicken and turkey without the skin, red meats rated 90% or leaner fish, and eggs or egg substitutes are all good sources of protein.

Avoid both animal fat and vegetable fat hydrogenated, as they are saturated and clog your arteries. Non-hydrogenated vegetable, nuts and fish oils are good choices for your diet bodybuilding food, fish oil, flaxseed oil and virgin olive oil may also provide antioxidant properties.

The final essential to your bodybuilding diet is water, you should drink all day, even if you donÂ't get thirsty, and try to consume half to two thirds of an ounce for each kilogram of your weight.
